5.1 Fees and Payment

• Payment is required prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

• EduCore reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect services already purchased or active enrollments

5.2 Refund Policy

• English Language Programs: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before the completion of the second scheduled session. Refunds will be processed minus any administrative fees. No refunds will be issued after the second session has been delivered.
• Automation Services: Refund eligibility for automation services depends on the scope of work completed. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued upon request. Once work has begun, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the portion of services not yet delivered, at EduCore's reasonable discretion.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original method of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

• OpenAI: For AI-powered features, content generation, and intelligent automation capabilities. Use of OpenAI services is subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use.
• n8n: For workflow automation and business process integration. n8n is an open-source platform subject to its own licensing terms.
